Truly delightful wiggle dress with a large, sailor collar, padded shoulders, short sleeves, bloused bodice, nipped waist and a skirt cut straight down the legs. Closes with a row of large, rhinestone inset buttons down the center front, there are slit pockets at the hip fronts. Unlined and semi sheer, as the fabric is either a silk or a high quality rayon. No tags.
