Cute cotton cap in white with red pom-pom on top and a red panel at bottom with the words "Biscayne Belle" in white. This would have been a souvenir hat that those who took a cruise on the Biscayne Boy boat would have received, I am guessing.
The Biscayne Belle was a 1960s twin prop boat, originally operated by Grey Line Tours, Miami, FL and sold July 1978.
