60s Mod Hat in Black & White Straw Domed Cloche by Doree of New York
It's a double-decker of a hat with a black exterior out of which pokes out what appears to be a white tier underneath. Brimless, round, and super cute, it has a white area at the top from which a coil and a sash tail spring in black ribbon. Interior has petersham.
Condition: very good with no issues that I can spot. Appears unworn.
