Make a dramatic statement with this over the top piece from the 80s but with a very glamorous, 1940s vibe! Electric blue silk is bedazzed with silver beads and sequins across the shoulders and sleeve tops, around the neckline in the form of narrow trim, and most impressively at the front torso where it cascades into shimmer fireworks like display! Shoulders are padded, sleeves are long and taper towards the wrists. The silhouette is a fitted wrap-style with closure hidden at the interior of the waist area with hooks and snaps. Skirt creates an asymmetrical, waterfall panel along the left front hem. Fully lined.
