80s Jacques Saint Laurent Jacket Detachable Chinchilla Fur Collar +Tassels
Over the top and one-of-a- kind, this is a two-in-one jacket featuring a base in green denim with a loose, hip length silhouette. The brown leather collar, cuffs, and waist band are studded in brass, as are the areas around the front hip pockets. Closure is a series of brass colored, chunky buckles. Front torso also has detachable, multi-fringed tassels similar to bolos, popular at the time!
Of course what makes this piece unique, is the (snap on) detachable, leopard stenciled or tip dyed genuine fur cape overlay. *Not actual leopard*. Can be worn with or without the coat!
Interior of coat is lined in plaid.

Size tag: FR 42 / fits like a modern US ladies large or an oversized medium depending on preference of your look / see exact measurements below to ensure fit
Fabric: no tag/ Exterior looks and feels like a green dyed denim with brown leather trim and brass tacks similar to upholstery.
Condition: very good with one flaw in that there is a 1" brown stain at the rear bottom of the right sleeve as seen in pic. Priced accordingly.
