Early 1900s clutch in a striped black satin, it has a stunning hinged frame that has decorative front in an elaborate art nouveau mix of onyx and marquisite stones. Rear has a handstrap at center. Interior is a cream silk with three compartments thanks to the middle section being an attached coin purse that has two areas - one in satin and one in leather.
No markings.
Condition: very good with only the leather coin purse section showing some discoloration as pictured. There is wear to the fabric at the edges of the black part of the frame and at one corner of the strap at rear.
