Antique Edwardian White Blouse Lace Embroidery AS IS

Exquisite beauty of a shirt in thin, gauzy, white cotton, it has a high neckline, three quarters length sleeves and a boxy silhouette that is cinched at the waist with sash ties that meet at the front originally, but you can tie them at the back as is your preference. Front chest has an elaborate bow and flowers panel in white-on-white embroidery and there is white lace trim panels all around it, as well as across the waist, at the front shoulders, across the sleeves, and at the upper back. There are decorative pintucks horizontally at the upper back, vertically at middle of the back, and again, both directions, around the front section of the shoulders and neckline.
Closure is a row of tiny buttons at center of rear. Unlined, it's semi sheer thanks to the gauzy-ness. No tags.

Size: fits like a small to XS due to the shoulders / see exact measurements below to ensure fit
Condition: fair/as is at the upper half and good to very good at the bottom portion. The neckline, collar and shoulder blades all have small tears at the seams. Easily repaired. If you look closely with the garment laid flat, you will also find tiny hand stitched repairs from the past. It's a bit of an archeological memoir of mending that is quite endearing. The rest of the piece is very clean in terms of no stains or other imperfections.
