Edwardian White Cotton Tea Dress Sailor Collar Mildred
White cotton dress, c.1910s that is semi sheer (model is wearing a slip underneath!), it has a small sailor collar that drops over the upper back, trimmed in crochet lace. The same lace is at the half sleeve cuffs and as insets at the chest and as horizontal panels across the bottom part of the skirt.
The center chest has cute decorative buttons while actually closing with hidden hooks at left side of chest. The left side of the waist, that meets the skirt, also opens and closes for easy on and off, but the original hooks/snaps have been replaced with velcro (likely used for a theatrical production). No tags.
Condition: very good with no stains, tears, or imperfections other than the velcro panel at waist, which is obviously non-original.
