This is an Ungaro Solo Donna silk shirt dress from the 1980s, made in Italy, in a pink and yellow rose print on black that looks like it was painted rather than printed. It appears never to have been worn.
The neck has a high tie sash you can bow, knot, or leave loose. The shoulders are padded, the half-length puff sleeves button at the cuff, and there are chest pockets plus oversized apron pockets at the hips. Black flower-embossed buttons close the front. The cut is relaxed and easy through the body, a true shirt dress rather than a fitted one. Unlined.
