Cut out of waterfall taffeta and trimmed in black velvet around the square neckline, the hem of the puffed, short sleeves, and at tiers across the skirt. There is a row of tiny, black velvet bows at center chest and a black velvet waist belt that attaches with snaps and hangs down in a bow. Closes with a row of snaps at the left side. Unlined.
Condition: very good with a few, miniscule, pin holes in the taffeta
