Vintage 40s Belted Day Dress in Brown & White Trim Unusual Double Pocket Design by Dawncrest
One of the most unusual dresses I have come across, this is a collarless and sleeveless frock with a nipped waist accented by a matching, adjustable belt. It has a double set of large, apron pockets at the right hip, trimmed in white. The same trim appears at the neckline and the arm holes. The upper back is exposed in a plunging V and featuring a wrap around closure with white functioning buttons going vertically down the side. Unlined.

Condition: very good with a few small flaws that need to be pointed out for notice. Some of the white trim has a little bit of fraying at the edges and the interior (unseen) part of the belt has cracking.
