Vintage 40s Rayon Print Midi Dress Navy Blue Painterly Print / S
Button-down, shirt style, with a fold down collar, fitted sleeves in three-quarters length, a nipped waist and a midi skirt. Unlined, it has a matching belt with two interior snaps for closure (likely modified in recent times from the original belt that might have been a buckle or hooks). Note the cute ruffled trim at the sleeve cuffs. Unlined. No tags.

Condition: very good with no stains or tears to the body, but a few of the buttons show some wear and tear to the cloth around them. They kind of disappear in the print. Also note that there are a few interior snaps at the neckline area for something that must have been attached to it at one time? Does not detract from wearability.
