Vintage 50s Black Velvet Skirt Suit Gloria Swanson Forever Young
Swanky and sophisticated two piece jacket and skirt set in a shiny black velvet. The blazer has a sailor collar in matching fabric with decorative lapels at the collarbones offset in silk braided trim and decorative rhinestone buttons. Fitted at the torso, it has three-quarters length sleeves and button closure at the front. The waist is accentuated, creating a small peplum panel over the hips.
The matching midi skirt is cut straight down the body and closes with a side zipper.
Both pieces are lined in satin.
