This is a complete pattern in the original packaging. It is a skirt set that includes the following pieces:

Jacket-blouse top with shaped peplum, diagonal closing below a build-up collarless neckline.
Scarf - draped around the neck and extends under the belt
Fitted sleeves set into dropped shoulder armholes arrow cuffs. slim two-piece skirt.

Includes five tags with the words "Vogue Couturier Design" embroidered in blue - two large and three smaller ones.

Pattern includes shoulder pads, peplum lining and belting. Please read the details on the package for more specifics.

Thought the envelope has rips at the top, the instructions and the paper patterns themselves are in excellent condition / unused/ uncut! Packaged with the original factory folds!
