Vintage 60s Hat Black White Polka Dot Print Mod Toque Bow Ruffles
Soft, cloth toque consisting of ruffled and pleated bands of black and white polka dot satin, forming concentric circles at the crown. There is a large side bow off the front side to offset the look and an elastic band at rear of hat to keep the hat in place when dancing! Interior lined in satin and features a petersham. No tags. Fabric feels like a rayon or a similar blend.
