Vintage 60s Mod Coat Boots Hat Ensemble White Vinyl Jean Louis Paris
Superb ensemble for the go-go style lady! This three piece consists of a vinyl, mid length coat with buttoned collar, hip pockets and black vinyl trim. It comes with a matching rain hat that is floppy with a wide brim and sash ties. Knee high, pull on boots complete the look. Square toed with a high, chunky heel, they are a combo of stretchy vinyl and hard patent leather -- all tones of white. There is an adjustable buckled strap at the top of the shaft, across the calf.
There are condition issues with all three pieces that are detailed below. If you read them very literally this makes the outfit sound unwearable but it is far from that! One would have to hone in all the imperfections for the overall effect to be compromised. Having said that, it is priced accordingly.
Coat is the only one that has a label: Jean Louis Paris. Nordiska Kompaniet. Import
Vinyl with satin liner it has has some condition issues in that there are small, light gray stains and discolorations, mostly from storage. The sleeves show sections of dust/dirt in the creases from wear, there are smudges across the front chest area and at the interior of collar. Lining has stains. Also I think it used to have decorative black buttons across the right side of chest, due to the "marks" that are currently left.

Shoe Size Tag/Fit - no tag. Fit is approximately a US ladies 6.5. Interior sole has some lettering that is illegible to my eye.
There is some wear/snagging to the mesh at the top of shin area, plus some small stains here and there. There is also visible glue around the sole. It does look very sturdy and wearable.
