Incredible and rare evening dress by the great American designer Bill Blass. A dramatic gown, it features striking panels of hand-knotted long fringe along the neckline and encircling the waist. The torso and fitted, long sleeves are in velvet and the voluminous, floor length skirt is in satin with a band of velvet trim around the hem. Zips down the back. Sleeves also feature hidden zippers at the cuffs. Torso is lined.

Fabric: no tag. Top is silk velvet and bottom is silk satin by touch and looks!
