Tunic style, hip length blouse with dolman sleeves, this beauty is cut out of a silvery white silk and features a triangular shaped panel at front that is a cornucopia of over the top 80s glam and glitz! There is a swath in light gray velvet, plus gold studding, lace paneling in gray and green, white sequins, and a large 3D sculpted flower at right collarbone. Pulls on overhead, it has long sleeves, is unlined, and closes with a button at the nape.
*Note that you can style it three ways: tucked in, out and belted, just out!
