Vintage 80s Nautical Striped Dress Sailor Collar Red Pussycat Bow Charles Alan
This darling features a navy blue and white striped body with puffed sleeves in half length and buttoned cuffs. There is a white sailor collar from which two red sashes hang, tying into a pussy cat bow if you'd like (or leave them hanging down!). The shoulders have shoulder pads and the chest is bloused with dramatic, vertical pleating across the front. The waist is on an elastic and further enhanced by an adjustable belt in matching fabric. Midi length skirt is cut on a slight A line and has a split at center rear. Closes with a zipper down the back.
