Very rare, puffed shoulders, long sleeved button down blouse with a jabot scarf at the mock turtleneck collar that snaps across the front. The silk is a leafy floral print in tones of purple, blue, mauve and gray, and there is a paisley sort of effect overall. Princess seams at the torso, note the little, ball like, gold buttons at the center and at the sleeve cuffs.
