Vintage 80s Scott McClintock White Lace Dress Drop Waist Puffed Sleeves NWT
Constructed out of a cotton that sports a subtle cream on white floral print (best discerned in bright light), this dressy frock features padded shoulders, a round neckline with a ruffled bib collar in sheer, white lace, and short, puffed sleeves that also feature lace trim down the length and at the cuffs. Cut on a straight silhouette with a drop waist defined by a wide panel of white, crochet lace that circles front to back. More, sheer, white lace trim panels run horizontally at bottom of skirt. Closes with a zipper at rear.
Note the sailor collar lace at rear. Fully lined.
This style is somewhere between 1920s flapper and Edwardian prairie princess!
