Fun and frolic in this cutie with short, puffed sleeve, a collarless, V neckline, fitted torso with decorative buttons at center. a nipped waistline on an elastic (!) with smocking at the sides, and a gently flowing, midi length skirt. There is a matching sash tie belt to further define the waist and a ruffled panel peeking out from the under hem, attached to the liner/underskirt! Closes with a hidden zipper at the side.
